Institutional Resource Planning
To manage the day-to-day structure of an educational institution, India Active Software Inc has brawly crafted the software called E-Campus or more popularly known as the Software of Institutional Resource Planning (IRP). This IRP can be used by Schools, colleges, Educational Institutions and even university departments.
This software entails all the necessary components like student data, staff data(teaching/non-teaching),admission of the students, fee structure of the academic year, fees detail of the students(outstanding if any), time table, exams, results etc. The E-Campus software consists of 6 distinct modules and they are:
- Academics Module
- HR Module
- Purchases Module
- Financial accounts Module
- Library management Module
- Inventory/Stocks Module
HR module consists of the employees data which is further sub-branched into teaching and non teaching staff.
Inventory/Stock module retrieves all the details of which particular is issued to which department in specific with the name of the staff.
Purchases module holds back all the details of which particular is purchased from the market for institutional use or which particular is purchased from inventories for inter-departmental use.
